Brittany contacted me via text and call to schedule a free estimate, explaining the process clearly and concisely. We set up an 8am appointment for the next day. The team was punctual, arriving with the 8-10am window at 8:15am, and by 9am, everything was hauled away. Their service was fast, professional, and friendly, with great pricing. My wife and I were extremely impressed with Jedi Junk Removal. We called on a Friday to get a free quote, hoping to schedule a pickup for Saturday. Omar and Daniel showed up right on time and were both friendly and professional. They gave us a fair quote to remove our old above-ground spa and the gazebo covering it. To our surprise, they offered to start the job immediately and estimated it would only take a few hours—even during a heatwave. We were shocked by their confidence, but they absolutely delivered. They finished the entire job in about an hour and a half. These two worked seamlessly as a team and did an outstanding job. I’d recommend Jedi Junk Removal to anyone needing large, unwanted items hauled away. They even stayed afterward to sweep up and ensure there were no stray screws or nails left behind—especially thoughtful since we have a puppy. From what I understand, Omar and Daniel don’t always work together, so if you need weekend service and want top-quality work, I highly recommend requesting them. They’re hardworking young guys who truly went above and beyond.

Scheduling was super easy. They were available next day, but I pushed it by one day to take down some reed fencing. Omar & Rusty were on time, very respectful of the property, professional and courteous! I showed them around the items to be taken & got my quote up front. For reference, we cleared about 1/3 of the items in a very full 8'x8' shed: cardboard, corrugated roof panels, a queen size metal bed frame, work stool, golf club set, wood stump chunks, 16' of reed fance, mirrors, a microwave and some other nonsense for the $345 as stated up front. The guys were very nice, made the job feel effortless and quick, but they also didn't rush me as I figured out the shed contents. They were awesome! 100% will recommend and use again when needed.

I found Jedi Junk removal on Google and I am so happy I did. My elderly mother was cleaning out a storage unit and had some trash as well as donations that she was going to load into her car by herself (I had to work and we were on a tight deadline). I called the well known national junk hauling company and their prices were so high I decided to call around. I am so glad I did. Jedi confirmed the service, were about 30% cheaper and they were there on the nose of 12 the following Monday. The two men that arrived were so helpful, quick and courteous. I would recommend them in a second.

Fantastic customer experience and highly recommend. Had talked to a few other competitors and had customer services challenges with them before finding and choosing Jedi. Edward had great follow up setting up the appointment the night before and keeping me updated at all times prior to arrival and Omar did a great job arriving even earlier than scheduled, loading up, and moving out all my junk. My only regret is I should have called them sooner.

Very professional. The quote they gave me over the phone was way too low ($150-200) for what they wanted to charge me ($850-900). I did explain over the phone it was a fridge and about 40 bags of the huge black ones. I feel like the price could have been gauged better over the phone so I was more prepared. When they arrived, the gentleman explained it depends on how full their truck gets, so keep that in mind. I asked if I could do it in 2 payments. After speaking to his boss they agreed I could do two payments or upfront for a discount of $650 for everything, so I took the second option. They were quick collecting everything when they got here. I genuinely appreciated their efforts to work with me. The payment was just a shock based on what I was initially quoted, but I understand.

This company and their people are AMAZING! What a great experience. From Brittany on the phone to the two young men who did the actual pick up, one and all, they were accommodating, respectful, prompt and helpful in every way. I phoned a few companies prior to finding Jedi and I am patting myself on the back for being tenacious and not just “settling”. Their prices are VERY fair and better than the others I spoke with, as well. It was an all around excellent (even very pleasant!) experience. In an environment where caring, conscientious customer service is nearly obsolete, do not waste your time. CALL JEDI! You will be as pleased as I.

So, so happy with Jedi Removal!! Guys were fantastic. So quick, polite and helpful. They even swept my balcony a bit! I will definitely use this company again when I’m ready to replace furniture. Thank you Jedi!!

The guys were personable and speedy. I had quite lot of debris from a patio cover demo. I wasn't sure the long pieces would fit in their truck bed. They cut them down. I have never used one of these services before, but I would use this company again.
